In partnership with World Education Services, IEC-BC was seeking proposals from qualified companies to design, develop, and launch a custom-built website for the #ImmigrantsWork Employer Navigator Program. This initiative is designed to empower small and medium-sized enterprises with the tools to effectively recruit, hire, and retain immigrant talent.
The project will create a comprehensive beta version of the website with features to enhance user interaction and operational efficiency for SMEs in attracting and retaining immigrant talent and maintaining a diverse workforce.
