Bold ideas for a better Canada
Across Canada, employers and system actors are sharing bold ideas and forward-thinking strategies that are reshaping how we attract, hire, and retain immigrant talent.
IEC-BC is excited to share the Visionary Voices Catalogue, a national campaign developed in collaboration with the Immigrant Employment Councils of Canada (IECC) Network under the Strengthening Employer Feedback Channels Project.
This collection features leaders from the private sector, public institutions, and professional associations who are rethinking how immigration can align more closely with workforce practices and evolving labour market needs, while building more inclusive and future-ready systems across Canada.
We’re especially proud to see Abel Osorio, Founder and CEO of Nubel, Basil Onyia, Manager of People Operations and Development of RedBrick Technologies, Hussein Hallak, Founder and CEO of Next Decentrum, Niloofer Balsara, Director, Talent and Organizational Effectiveness of WorkSafeBC, and Tasha Nathanson, Founder and CEO of 7 Leagues Leather in this national dialogue. Thank you for continuing to lead this important conversation, both locally and nationally.
