Four Futures for Workforce Integration
We are proud to announce a new report from the Immigrant Employment Councils of Canada (IECC) FutureWorks Canada Tour.
We heard from more than 500 employers, along with system actors across Canada, and brought these insights together to better understand what is shaping our workforce. Through synthesis scenario outlooks, this report reveals where alignment is emerging, where workforce readiness remains uneven, and what conditions must shift to move toward a more coordinated system.
As much as we’d like to, we cannot see into the future. But when we see the system clearly enough, we unlock new paths towards a more aligned and future-ready workforce.
