ASCEND for Employees is a self-paced eLearning program that employers can offer to their newcomer employees to help them succeed from day one. Through engaging, scenario-based modules, internationally trained professionals gain practical insights into Canadian workplace culture, communication styles, and professional expectations, helping them integrate confidently and contribute effectively to their teams.

ASCEND’s self-paced online modules teach essential skills that minimize the burden of onboarding while ensuring new hires feel engaged, supported, and set up for long-term success.

This program complements employers’ existing onboarding processes by:
