As a part of the 8th Metropolis Identities Conference, join IEC-BC and World Education Services for an interactive session exploring how employers in small centres and rural communities can attract, hire, and retain immigrant talent.
Drawing on real-world insights from pilot programs and regional Feedback Forums, this session will highlight employer experiences, share practical tools, and facilitate peer learning to shape future solutions and policy recommendations.
