Lindsay is the President & CEO of the Western Transportation Advisory Council (WESTAC)—an organization whose members span all aspects of freight transportation in Canada, representing a significant share of the western Canadian economy.
Before joining WESTAC, Lindsay served as the Vice President, Corporate Affairs for the Mining Association of BC (MABC). Prior to MABC, she spent 25 years as a senior public administrator with the Government of British Columbia, serving most recently as the Assistant Deputy Minister, Partnerships with the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure.
Lindsay has a Master’s degree from the University of Washington in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lakehead University. Lindsay divides her time between Vancouver and Victoria and has an adult son.
