BIO: Julia Loh

Julia Loh is a seasoned tax professional with nearly 20 years of experience at PwC, where she serves as a Partner in the firm’s Canadian corporate tax practice. Throughout her career, she has worked with a wide range of public and private companies, from entrepreneurial start-ups to multinational corporations, with a focus in retail, consumer and industrial products, technology, and life sciences. Her global perspective was enriched by a one-year secondment to PwC’s New York office, where she worked within the Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, and State and Local Tax practices.

As an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), Julia plays an active role in PwC’s Diversity and Inclusion networks and has participated in the firm’s Women in Leadership program. She is deeply committed to creating inclusive environments that promote equity and ensure that everyone has a place at the table, believing that diverse perspectives drive innovation and success. Julia is passionate about using her platform to mentor and support the next generation of leaders, particularly those from underrepresented communities.

Julia holds a CPA, CA designation and is dedicated to leveraging her expertise to support not-for-profit organizations, especially in initiatives that champion DEI and foster meaningful, lasting change.
