North Vancouver Island Feedback Forum

North Vancouver Island employers continue to face workforce recruitment and retention challenges driven by labour shortages, an aging workforce, and increasing competition for skilled talent. At the same time, many businesses are exploring new ways to attract and retain employees to support growth and long-term workforce stability.

To better understand these realities, the Immigrant Employment Council of BC (IEC-BC) is collaborating with the Immigration Welcome Centre, WorkBC Port Hardy, and WorkBC Campbell River to host a Virtual Employer Feedback Forum to convene employers from Port Hardy, Port McNeill, Campbell River, and the Comox Valley.
