Employer Voices at the Table

Professional advisors guiding programs and recommendations.

To help develop employer solutions for immigrant talent to meet labour force needs, IEC-BC consults with an Employer Advisory Group (EAG).

The EAG convenes HR professionals, hiring managers, business leaders, and established professionals to shape future IEC-BC programs, improve current offerings, and relay key employer needs and labour market conditions.

The EAG also develops recommendations for governments to improve immigrant workforce integration.

Employer Feedback Forums

Be part of the conversation shaping the future of skilled workforce integration.

Employer Feedback Forums spark an open dialogue between employers, community leaders, and policymakers to address challenges and opportunities related to integrating skilled immigrant talent into the workforce.
