Ran is the Project Coordinator for the SPRINT initiative at the Immigrant Employment Council of BC. With over six years of experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors, she brings holistic professional capacities to the role. During her role as Product Strategist with Samsung Electronics HQ in South Korea, she participated in global projects and coordinated cross-functional teams comprised of several stakeholders. She decided to become a People Strategist and joined YWCA Metro Vancouver after her study at Simon Fraser University.
Through SPRINT, she is interested in finding a win-win solution for employers and international talent to contribute collaboratively to the ongoing success of Canada’s fast-growing industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Chinese Language from Korea University and completed the Career Development Practitioner program at Simon Fraser University.
